Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VAYO eSIM website and purchasing any eSIM plans. By accessing our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About VAYO eSIM

VAYO eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travellers. Our services allow users to purchase and activate mobile data plans in 190+ countries without a physical SIM card.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a compatible, unlocked device to purchase and use VAYO eSIM plans. By purchasing, you confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.

3. Account Registration

You may purchase an eSIM plan as a guest using only your email address. You may also create an account to manage your orders. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code is delivered to the email address you provided.
Orders are binding at the time of payment confirmation. Please verify your email address before completing your purchase.
Promotional, coupon, and referral discounts are applied only when eligible and as shown at checkout.

5. eSIM Plans

Each eSIM plan provides a fixed data allowance valid for a specified number of days.
Plan validity begins from the moment your device first connects to a local network at the destination — not from the date of purchase.
Data plans are non-transferable between users once installed on a device.
Unused data at the end of a plan's validity period is forfeited and not refunded.
Each QR code is single-use and can only be installed on one device.
VAYO eSIM plans provide data connectivity only. Voice calls and SMS are not included.

6. Network Service

VAYO eSIM connects your device to local partner carrier networks. Network quality, speed, and availability vary by country and location. VAYO does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and is not responsible for service interruptions caused by local network operators, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.

7. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

Full refunds are available for unused, uninstalled eSIM plans within 30 days of purchase.
Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned and installed on a device, it is considered used and no refund is available.
Referral rewards linked to a refunded order may be revoked — see our Refund Policy.

8. Referral Program

VAYO may offer a referral (invite-a-friend) program from time to time. If enabled, the following terms apply in addition to these Terms. Program details (discount amounts, expiry periods, and availability) are shown on our website and at checkout and may change without prior notice.

8.1 How it works

Registered customers may receive a personal referral link (for example, usevayo.com/r/YOURCODE) to share with others.
When someone visits your link, we may store a referral cookie or session so an eligible invitee discount can be applied to their first qualifying purchase.
After an invitee completes a qualifying paid order, the referrer may receive a one-time reward coupon, subject to program rules.

8.2 Invitee discounts

Invitee discounts apply to first purchases only by eligible new customers.
Existing customers and users who have already completed a qualifying purchase are not eligible for an invitee discount.
Self-referral is prohibited. You may not use your own referral link or create accounts to obtain discounts or rewards improperly.
Referral discounts generally cannot be combined with other promo codes or coupons unless we explicitly allow it at checkout.
Discount type and value are as displayed in the program and at checkout at the time of purchase.

8.3 Referrer rewards

Referrer rewards are issued only after an invitee's qualifying order is successfully completed and paid.
Rewards are typically issued as single-use promo codes with an expiry date shown when the reward is created.
We do not guarantee that any referral will result in a reward. Rewards are void where prohibited by law.

8.4 Revocation and abuse

We may revoke, cancel, or deactivate referral discounts or referrer rewards if an order is refunded, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise does not qualify.
We may suspend or terminate participation in the referral program for abuse, including fake accounts, spam, misleading advertising, or attempts to circumvent program rules.
We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

8.5 Your responsibilities

When sharing your referral link, you must do so honestly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules (for example, social media or messaging app policies). You are responsible for how you promote your link. VAYO is not responsible for third-party platforms on which you share your link.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VAYO eSIM services for:

Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
Reselling or redistributing eSIM profiles without our written permission;
Attempting to circumvent technical limitations or security measures;
Abusing the referral program or any promotional offer;
Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or networks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VAYO eSIM website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of VAYO eSIM and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VAYO eSIM services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of our service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAYO eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using our services.
